Privacy policy
Effective October 1, 2026
Eloryn Labs LLC (“Eloryn”, “we”) runs the Eloryn Business Suite: software that answers website enquiries, books appointments, texts business owners about new leads, and sends customers texts on a business's behalf. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Who this covers
- Business owners who sign up for Eloryn.
- Their customers: people who contact a business that uses Eloryn, through its website chat, booking page, phone line or texts. For this information we act on the business's behalf, and the business decides how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Business details you give us or confirm: business name, phone, address, website, opening hours, services and Google review link. We may look these up from your public Google Business listing when you ask us to.
- Your mobile number, to text you alerts.
- Billing status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Customer details sent to a business through Eloryn: name, phone number, email, messages, call details, appointment details and whether they agreed to receive texts.
- Technical information such as log entries and the page a chat widget was loaded on, used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service: answering enquiries, booking appointments, sending the texts and emails a business or customer asked for, and showing owners their dashboard.
- To generate replies, summaries and suggestions with AI models. Message content is sent to the model provider only to produce that output.
- To bill for the subscription, keep the service secure, and provide support.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
We send texts only to people who agreed to receive them, as described in our texting terms. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run parts of Eloryn for us, for that purpose:
- Twilio, to send and receive calls and texts.
- Stripe, to take payments.
- Amazon Web Services and Postmark, to send email. Postmark also receives enquiries that customers email to a business's Eloryn address.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, to generate replies and summaries.
- Google, to look up business listings.
- Cloudflare, to keep bots off chat forms.
- Railway, which hosts our servers and databases.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer if Eloryn is sold, under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep information while a business's account is open. When an account closes we disable it and delete its account records; anything left in backups or logs ages out. A business, or one of its customers, can ask us to delete their information at any time.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that number.
- Owners can update their details in Settings at any time.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email ricker@elorynlabs.com. We reply within 30 days. Customers of a business can also ask that business directly.
Children
Eloryn is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell account holders by email about material changes.
