Texting terms

Effective October 1, 2026

Eloryn Labs LLC sends two kinds of text messages through the Eloryn Business Suite. These terms cover both.

1. Eloryn account alerts (to business owners)

What they are: alerts about your own account: new leads, customer replies, urgent requests and setup confirmations.
How you opt in: by adding your mobile number during setup or in Settings, and confirming it with the code we text you.
How often: it varies with how many leads your business gets.

Who sends them: the business named in the message. Eloryn delivers them on that business's behalf.
What they are: replies to your request, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, a follow-up if your request went quiet, and a request for a review after the job.
How you opt in: by ticking “Text me about this request” on the business's website chat or booking page, or by calling or texting the business yourself. Agreeing to texts is never required to request service.
How often: it varies with your request, usually a few messages.

Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from that number. You'll get one message confirming it, then no more. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Texts are sent to US mobile numbers on major US carriers.
How we handle your number is described in our privacy policy. We never share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
